December 16, 2020: Narendra Dhele, PhD student in the laboratory of Wilfried Ellmeier, received a Lady Tata International Award. The Lady Tata Memorial Trust was founded in April 1932 by Sir Dorabji Tata in memory of his wife, Lady Meherbai, who had died of complications from leukemia. The Trust awards grants to support international research in the field of leukemia through a London-based International Scientific Advisory Committee. These awards are open to qualified researchers of all nationalities. Priority is given to those researchers who promote networking between various research institutions. With the support of the Lady Tata International Award, Narendra Dhele will investigate the function of the transcription factor MAZR in B-cell lymphomas. The project is also a collaboration with the laboratory of Dagmar Stoiber-Sakaguchi (Karl Landsteiner Private University, Krems).
